Windows Safeguard Utility.

Windows Safeguard Utility is a rogue anti-spyware program that displays fake security warnings and false security threats to scare you into thinking that you are infected.

It prompts to register the program to remove the infections. It pretends to scan the computer for viruses and system errors and states that your computer in infected with spyware, trojans and other malicious software. If you want to remove the infections you have to pay for a full version of Windows Safeguard Utility. Of course, you shouldn't do that because this program is a scam. It won't fix any errors simply because they are all fake. Fake scan results is a method to scare you into purchasing the program. You should remove Windows Safeguard Utility from your computer as soon as possible. Please use the removal tool given below or remove the rogue program manually. Windows Safeguard Utility will constantly display fake error messages stating that your computer in infected with keyloggers and viruses.

Once installed, Windows Safeguard Utility will prompt you to start your computer in protected mode to ensure that your computer is properly protected against possible attacks and malware. However, in reality it blocks programs on your computer randomly and states that they are infected or potentially harmful. Windows Safeguard Utility is nothing more but a fraud. Kill malicious Processes from Task Manager: 

• <random>.exe

 Location of the infection:

1. %UserProfile%\AppData\[random].exe

Registry Entries to be removed. (Take a backup of registry, before editing it)

•  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\avastui.exe "Debugger" = 'svchost.exe'

Although it is possible to manually remove Windows Safeguard Utility, such activity can permanently damage your system if any mistakes are made in the process, as advanced spyware parasites are able to automatically repair themselves if not completely removed.
