Remove Rootkit Tncore


Rootkit Tncore, a trojan infection, can damage your computer's operating system without showing symptoms. Rootkit infections alter your registry, files and network settings.

One of the telltale signs of this infection is the process "CORE.SYS." Keep your system safe by removing the Rootkit Tncore as soon as possible.

Instructions

  1. Reboot your system and press "F8" at the startup screen to choose "Safe Mode with Networking."
  2. Install the SDFix removal tool to your desktop. Double-click SDFix to complete the setup.
  3. Click "Start" and type "%systemdrive%\SDFix\RunThis.bat" into the "Start Search" or "Run" field. Press "Enter" to begin the SDFix scan.
  4. View the SDfix report to ensure the removal of the Rootkit Tncore infection. Reboot your system.
Using FreeFixer
  1. Reboot the system and press "F8" at the startup screen to choose "Safe Mode with Networking."
  2. Install the FreeFixer removal tool.
  3. Open the "freefixersetup.exe" file and complete the setup.
  4. Click "Start Scan" to perform a full system scan.
  5. Place a check beside the Rootkit Tncore infections once the scan completes, and click "Fix." Reboot your system so FreeFixer can remove the infections.
Using Trojan Remove
  1. Reboot your system and press "F8" at the startup screen to choose "Safe Mode with Networking."
  2. Install the Trojan Remove software to your desktop (see Resources). Double-click the "trjsetup" file and follow the prompts to complete the setup.
  3. Open "My Computer" and right-click the "C" drive. Click "Scan with Trojan Remove" and allow the scan to complete.
  4. Check the Rootkit Tncore infections and choose the removal option.
Reboot your computer system, the rootkit infection will be gone.
