Antivirus Monitor is a rogue anti-spyware program from the same family as AntiVira Av and Antimalware GO.
This rogue antivirus program displays fake security alerts and states that your computer is infected with viruses that may steel your sensitive information or even make your PC unusable. Antivirus Monitor reports false system security threats and infections to scare you into thinking that your computer is infected. It then prompts to pay for a full version of the program to remove the threats.
