Win Scan.

 Win Scan or WinScan  is malicious and it shouldn’t be trusted. This program is the hackers’ invention created for making users concerned about their PCs. If you get infected with it, you will be informed that your computer has numerous viruses on its system and only commercial version of Win Scan will fix all these issues.
Win Scan is spread with fake video codecs or flash updates: when browsing, users are informed that they should install some kind of flash updates in order to have ability to see videos. However, instead of installing real codecs, you let inside Trojans that additionally download WinScan and all its files that are needed for launching. WinScan can be predetermined to be launched as soon as computer is rebooted.

Registry Entries to be removed. (Take a backup of registry, before editing it)
  •  HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run "<random>.exe"
  •  HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run "<random>"

Although it is possible to manually remove Win Scan, such activity can permanently damage your system if any mistakes are made in the process, as advanced spyware parasites are able to automatically repair themselves if not completely removed. Thus, manual spyware removal is recommended for experienced users only, such as IT specialists or highly qualified system administrators. For other users, we recommend  malware and spyware removal applications.

After removing all these files, restart your computer and the issue will be fixed. And don’t forget to do update your Security Software, check the Firewall Settings and the Operating System and finally do a full system scan with the Security Software.
