Windows Efficiency Analyzer.

Windows Efficiency Analyzer is a fake security application which will try to make you concerned about your computer.
It will pretend to search the machine for viruses and then will return completely invented results. Windows Efficiency Analyzer can hardly be found on its way to your computer because it relies on Trojans and other malware. In most cases, it comes when you are hit by unexpected online scanners that start offering to check your PC. After clicking on such ads, malware is secretly installed and set to start as soon as you reboot your computer. To get rid of Windows Efficiency Analyzer, you should run some reputable anti-spywares.

When Windows Efficiency Analyzer is inside and active, it starts interrupting its victims every time they start using their computers. That means that this scam will begin to scan your computer for viruses and then will announce tons of viruses detected. Please remember that these results must be ignored because they are fake! Windows Efficiency Analyzer just tries to scare you into purchasing its fake license, so it gives you fake information.

Once you see Windows Efficiency Analyzer on your computer, please make sure you remove it as soon as possible. Though this malicious program does not operate very aggressively, you will be bombarded by its fake system scanners and annoying pop-ups sometimes even titled with Microsoft Security Essentials name. Please ignore them and stop them by removing Windows Efficiency Analyzer.

Removal:

Kill malicious Processes from Task Manager:
  • <random>.exe
 Location of the infection:
  1. %UserProfile%\Application Data\Microsoft\[random].exe
  •  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\afwserv.exe "Debugger" = 'svchost.exe'
  •  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\avastsvc.exe "Debugger" = 'svchost.exe'
  •  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\avastui.exe "Debugger" = 'svchost.exe'
Although it is possible to manually remove Windows Efficiency Analyzer, such activity can permanently damage your system if any mistakes are made in the process, as advanced spyware parasites are able to automatically repair themselves if not completely removed. Thus, manual spyware removal is recommended for experienced users only, such as IT specialists or highly qualified system administrators. For other users, we recommend  malware and spyware removal applications.

After removing all these files, restart your computer and the issue will be fixed. And don’t forget to do update your Security Software, check the Firewall Settings and the Operating System and finally do a full system scan with the Security Software.
