Windows Monitoring Utility.



Windows Monitoring Utility is a typical malware which will try to make you concerned about your computer.

It takes your attention as soon as it gets inside the PC and you won’t be even asked about this. To scare its victims about computer’s security, Windows Monitoring Utility similarly to Windows Salvage System claims that there are numerous viruses detected on machine while in reality there is no viruses inside. All its detected ‘threats’ in reality are harmless files invented with a reason to be found additionally. Besides, malware will also modify some registry entries to make itself launched together with PC. To save your computer, you should remove Windows Monitoring Utility once you notice this intruder.
This program is rogue because it claims to be able to protect computer against viruses while in reality it is not powerful to cope with this. Moreover, Windows Monitoring Utility does all that in aggressive way. To scare it will display such alerts every time after you reboot your computer.
To get inside without any permission asked, Windows Monitoring Utility uses Trojans that use security vulnerabilities for infiltration. However, if you have licensed anti-spyware software, you won’t be infected so simply, so make sure you have one on your computer.
Removal:
Kill malicious Processes from Task Manager: 
  • [random].exe
 Location of the infection:
  1. %UserProfile%\Application Data\Microsoft\[random].exe
  •  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\afwserv.exe "Debugger" = 'svchost.exe'
  •  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\avastsvc.exe "Debugger" = 'svchost.exe'
  •  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\avastui.exe "Debugger" = 'svchost.exe'
Although it is possible to manually remove Windows Monitoring Utility, such activity can permanently damage your system if any mistakes are made in the process, as advanced spyware parasites are able to automatically repair themselves if not completely removed. Thus, manual spyware removal is recommended for experienced users only, such as IT specialists or highly qualified system administrators. For other users, we recommend  malware and spyware removal applications.

After removing all these files, restart your computer and the issue will be fixed. And don’t forget to do update your Security Software, check the Firewall Settings and the Operating System and finally do a full system scan with the Security Software.
