Removal of Zwangi.

Zwangi is a basic browser re director that doesn’t do anything special.
It’s not on the level of viruses like Zbot or Dymanet; mostly it just makes your computer act funny and sends your browser to websites that you don’t intend to navigate to. Zwangi hides its presence pretty well with pop-ups that look legitimate to the untrained eye.
On some computers, Zwangi can actually disable existing security software, especially if you use nothing put

Microsoft’s built-in programs, but this doesn’t happen to everyone. What you will notice, especially if you have an older computer, is that your hard drive runs a little more sluggishly than normal.
Trying to get rid of Zwangi can be infuriating, but you don’t have to smash your computer to bits just yet.
Removal:
Kill malicious Processes from Task Manager:
  • zwangi.exe
  • zwangi127.exe
 Location of the infection:
  1. %ProgramFiles%\ZwangiSearch\
  • HKLMSYSTEMControlSet001EnumRootLEGACY_ZWANGISEARCH_SERVICE
  • HKLMSYSTEMControlSet001ServicesZwangiSearch Service
Although it is possible to manually remove Zwangi, such activity can permanently damage your system if any mistakes are made in the process, as advanced spyware parasites are able to automatically repair themselves if not completely removed. Thus, manual spyware removal is recommended for experienced users only, such as IT specialists or highly qualified system administrators. For other users, we recommend  malware and spyware removal applications.

After removing all these files, restart your computer and the issue will be fixed. And don’t forget to do update your Security Software, check the Firewall Settings and the Operating System and finally do a full system scan with the Security Software.
