Win Defragmenter is a rogue application which poses to be powerful enough to improve your computer’s performance and remove errors.
However, it appears to be replacing Win Defrag, HDD Control, Quick Defragmenter and many other viruses hailing from this nasty group of rogues.
Having legitimate antivirus tool installed on your PC does not guarantee that Win Defragmenter is not going to get on your computer because it can easily infiltrate computers together with some insecure downloads and shareware as well. No matter how it may get on board, Win Defragmenter firstly installs its so called unregistered version which later will be asked to register. All this is done in a quite classical way by starting to tell you that your computer has numerous errors and problems.
Win Defragmenter starts even scanning the system to convince that these errors really are. Be sure that everything reported by Win Defragmenter are invented and malware just tries to swindle you into believing your PC is unsafe.
So, telling that your PC has infections, Win Defragmenter tries to scare you into paying for its “registered” fake version. It’s very important to be aware that through the above written manipulations malware creates a need of its paid version which is nothing but useless thing. Please do not get caught and remove Win Defragmenter fake defragmenter from your system ASAP.
Removal:

Although it is possible to manually remove fake Win Defragmenter, such activity can permanently damage your system if any mistakes are made in the process, as advanced spyware parasites are able to automatically repair themselves if not completely removed. Thus, manual spyware removal is recommended for experienced users only, such as IT specialists or highly qualified system administrators. For other users, we recommend      malware and spyware removal applications.
After removing all these files, restart your computer and the issue will be fixed. And don’t forget to do update your Security Software, check the Firewall Settings and the Operating System and finally do a full system scan with the Security Software.
