Windows Privacy Agent.

Windows Privacy Agent is a fake security program, rogue anti-spyware which will do anything in order to convince you about the need of its license.
Licensed version of Windows Privacy Agent is presented the only program which will remove cyber threats from your computer after their detection. If fact, these ‘viruses’ reported are invented for naive people who are expected to become concerned about their machines and pay for removal services. It’s extremely important ignore but NOT to remove files displayed on Windows Privacy Agent, Windows Optimal Tool or Windows Optimal Settings alerts because most of them may be legitimate your system files and their elimination may affect your computer’s performance. Windows Privacy Agent fake spyware remover was designed after another malicious program called Windows Express Settings which has the same GUI and also acts identically. Remember, that you must remove Windows Express Settings as soon as you see it on your computer’s desktop.
So, the first thing which should be taken into account is that Windows Privacy Agent mostly comes on the targeted computer undetected. This is done through the use of Trojans capable of using security holes and firewall flaws. Additionally, in order to swindle the money from all these computer users that don’t know much about computers and their security, Windows Privacy Agent starts alerting about Trojans, worms and other spyware detected. Be sure that rogue will also offer you to run its completely ‘free’ scanner. This scanner can be predetermined to detect the same viruses that need to be fixed. However, the final misleading action of Windows Privacy Agent is the offer to purchase its licensed version which in reality is nothing else but useless and even dangerous application which MUST be removed before it starts letting inside more viruses.
Removal:

Kill malicious Processes from Task Manager:
  • <random>.exe
 Location of the infection:
    %UserProfile%\Application Data\[random].exe
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\egui.exe "Debugger" = 'svchost.ex
  • HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon "Shell" = '%UserProfile%\Application Data\[random].exe'
Although it is possible to manually remove Windows Express Settings, such activity can permanently damage your system if any mistakes are made in the process, as advanced spyware parasites are able to automatically repair themselves if not completely removed. Thus, manual spyware removal is recommended for experienced users only, such as IT specialists or highly qualified system administrators. For other users, we recommend  malware and spyware removal applications.

After removing all these files, restart your computer and the issue will be fixed. And don’t forget to do update your Security Software, check the Firewall Settings and the Operating System and finally do a full system scan with the Security Software.
