Windows Risks Preventions is a fake malware cleaner which is installed by trojan horses. 
This scamware belongs to a widely spread group of scams where other its members are Windows Firewall Unit,Windows Profile System and many others. They all try to mislead PC users that they have numerous viruses inside their computers and that they definitely need to install its license. Of course, this license offered is not for free – malware will ask to pay for it. Windows Risks Preventions may even display some Microsoft Security Essentials alerts that are expected to make you think that it’s definitely legitimate. However, never believe Windows Risks Preventions because it will lead you into giving your money for scammers.
To make you think your machine is infected, Windows Risks Preventions uses bogus alerts and fabricated security scanners that always report tons of viruses. All these viruses in reality are harmless your system files that are dropped unnoticeably as soon as malware manages to get inside with a help of Trojans. 
As you have already understood, the real face of Windows Risks Preventions is the opposite of what it pretends to be. Windows Risks Preventions can be unknowingly allowed to enter your computer through insecure downloads and updates, so be aware! Instead of making a purchase, you should act as soon as possible.
Removal:
Kill malicious Processes from Task Manager:  
- <random>.exe
 Location of the infection:
- %UserProfile%\AppData\[random].exe
Registry Entries to be removed. (Take a backup of registry, before editing it)
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\afwserv.exe "Debugger" = 'svchost.exe'
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\avastsvc.exe "Debugger" = 'svchost.exe'
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\avastui.exe "Debugger" = 'svchost.exe'
Although   it is possible to manually remove Windows Risks Preventions,   such  activity can  permanently damage your system if any mistakes are   made in  the process,  as advanced spyware parasites are able to   automatically  repair  themselves if not completely removed. Thus,   manual spyware  removal is  recommended for experienced users only, such   as IT  specialists or highly  qualified system administrators. For   other users,  we recommend  malware  and spyware removal applications.
