ClickPotato Adware.

ClickPotato (or Click Potato) is an annoying adware program which targets cinema lovers. Click Potato spreads via corrupt ads offering the latest movies online.
 ClickPotato uses fraudulent websites as a platform to urge the sale of pirated movies via a video codec download. The video codec is actually the ClickPotato malware which produces unwanted ads. ClickPotato may also install a screen saver and change your home page. Use updated antispyware software to remove ClickPotato from your system.
Removal Instructions:

Run on Safe Mode to stop the launch of malicious activities by the virus; after that, find the virus location in the program files and simply delete them permanently.

After removing all these files, restart your computer and the issue will be fixed. And don’t forget to do update your Security Software, check the Firewall Settings and the Operating System and finally do a full system scan with the Security Software.
